About

Hi, I'm Lior.

I'm a sophomore studying mechanical engineering at The Ohio State University in Columbus. I spent my first year at George Mason University and transferred this summer.

My work sits where software meets hardware. The projects here started as things I needed: a search that hands back an optimized rocket motor instead of hand-tuned guesses, and a quadcopter designed around force models and thrust-to-weight targets.

Summers, I've worked as a YMCA camp counselor, responsible for groups of 15 to 20 kids under real safety and time constraints.

Currently

  • Sophomore in mechanical engineering at Ohio State.
  • Co-designing a high-speed quadcopter: motors, ESCs, batteries and thrust-to-weight.
  • Building the Rocket Optimizer for my rocketry team.
